OC Sunglass Co offers the following Returns Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following and email with any further questions.Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Sunglasses must be packaged as they were received. Glasses not received in new condition and with all the original packaging, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, or may not be accepted. All returns must be shipped via UPS, Fedex or US Mail (Priority or First Class Package) so they can be tracked.Worn or imperfect glasses are not returnable or exchangeable. Glasses returned within the time frame can be exchanged or refunded for the full amount. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees unless we sent you the wrong glasses or they were defective.Please send returns to:

Please include a copy of your purchase confirmation email. If you received a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled with the shipping company. Email us if you need info to help with the claim.Orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). OC Sunglass Co. is responsible for the shipped item until delivery is confirmed by USPS.
